Lawn maintenance
Using the most modern professional lawn equipment available. Lawn tractors are all wheel drive for better traction without lawn damage – able to do steep slopes – able to work in areas that non-professional equipment could not handle:

- Residential clients have the choice of lawn clippings left on lawn or lawn clippings collected and disposed of
- Lawn will be maintained at a height to provide better growth for  thick and lush grass
- Services are available at an agreed upon schedule; weekly or bi-weekly.

Flower bed maintenance
Program can be established for regular maintenance at an agreed upon schedule;  weekly or bi-weekly. Flowers beds edged for clean and professional appearance:

- Beds weeded
- Soil cultivated
- Supply and install mulch
- Shrubs and hedges trimmed
- Fertilize shrubs and plants

Fall clean-up
- Clean up and dispose of leaves
- Remove annual flower beds and pots/containers
- Prepare perennials for winter
- Fertilize lawn

Services for retail:
All above services are available, plus:

- Litter clean-up at an agreed upon schedule; daily, weekly or bi-weekly
- Garbage disposal at an agreed upon schedule; daily, weekly or bi-weekly
- Power sweeping for parking lots
- Power sweeping for sidewalks
